I’ve discovered it can be very tricky to get my kids to eat healthy with their different preferences and particular likes/dislikes. B isn’t a fan of meat and N doesn’t prefer dairy. N likes flavor and B picks bland things.
So I’ve had to break out a few tricks to introduce and to keep offering healthy foods.
1) Muffin Tin Meals (example pictured above) are perfect for serving and trying new things in a fun way.
2) Dipping – My kids love to dip things and have tried different veggies and foods if there is a dip with it.
