Directions:

  1. Paint or color 2 paper plates (blue). We had blue plates already on hand so we used those.
  2. Draw an eye on one of the plates or cut a circle out of construction paper and glue it on.
  3. Cut a tail shape from the second plate.
  4. Glue or tape the tail onto the whole paper plate.
