Have you ever wanted to learn to juggle? Check out our How to Juggle Step-by-Step Video Tutorial below. Then, entertain your family and friends with your new skills.
This is an excerpt from my new book, Adventure Girls.
In the chapter, “Clown Around” it includes juggling, magic tricks, and how to make balloon animals. So fun!
(Just FYI: I use an affiliate link to link to my book on Amazon.)
Starting with tissues is the way to go when learning how to juggle. Balls are faster and harder to catch than tissues are. Spending time practicing juggling at each stage (1 tissue then 2 tissues then 3 tissues) helps your body get into a good rhythm that is important for juggling.
You might be saying to yourself, “That’s great, but why do my kids need to learn to juggle?” There are so many skills that come into play when you are learning something new like juggling.
When your kids learn to juggle they are:
- Crossing the midline
- Increasing focus and concentration
- Improving coordination
- Using shoulder and arm muscles
- Improving wrist rotation (helps with writing)
- Experiencing patterns and rhythms
We hope you love Adventure Girls as much as we do! Happy Juggling!
