Make your own sidewalk chalk paint to get creative with your preschooler or toddler! Only 3 ingredients!
Draw shapes, write letters, draw your family, or decorate for a party!
We had a great time making this sidewalk chalk paint and covering our driveway in it!
I love the texture of it and how bold the colors are. It’s definitely a change from regular sidewalk chalk.
Mix together 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of cornstarch
Stir and add 6-8 drops of food coloring.
Stir some more and have fun!
You will also love to make this Cloud Dough using just 2 ingredients!

Thanks for sharing this! My kids love writing on the driveway. I've never seen a recipe for the sidewalk chalk before.

I've done this and it works well - HOWEVER, be aware that the food coloring does not always wash out of clothing, so don't wear anything new. (Can you tell I figured this out the hard way?) :)

Great idea! My ten yr old could do this for hours (literally- we live next to an elementary school playground). Thx for following me (JerseyDivaMom). Will be checking in here for fun things to entertain my cherubs.
