Bingo is a game that never gets old in our house. We often play some sort of bingo during our family time relating to a theme or holiday, like Summer Bingo.
Here is a free Summer Bingo Game for you to download and print out. There is a page with all of the symbols for the caller. Cut these out before starting the game.
For younger kids, they will only need to get 3 items across or down to win bingo.
Learning Idea – Talk about the different pictures on the game board. For example, Sun- What letter does sun begin with? Are there any other S words on the card?
For older children, have them fill the entire board before they win.
Learning idea– Can they spell the word on the card? Who can spell sunglasses? Sandcastle?
Ideas for Bingo Markers- fruit loops, coins, pom poms, m&ms, beads, blocks, etc.

I recently discovered a new way to spend a Thursday night in London - musical bingo at Drink, Shop & Do. The principles of regular bingo apply, apart from a DJ plays songs that you have to mark off instead of numbers.
