My family loves homemade crafts for any holiday from my kiddos. So Valentine’s Day is another excuse to do something fun and memorable. We made Valentine’s Day Bookmarks!
First I cut out computer paper (with fun scissors) and glued that onto construction paper. You can have your child help you with this part or prepare them ahead of time.
Then we made heart thumbprints to decorate. We used red, but you can use any colors that you love.
After they were dry I had my son write his name on the back and I laminated them for durability. Aren’t they adorable? I know I’ll love looking back and seeing his signature.
These Valentine’s Day Bookmarks were so easy but I know my family of readers will love them! You can try making a Valentine’s Day SunCatcher or Rhythms of Play has a ton of other fingerprint craft ideas too.
