Nature Collage

Creating a nature collage was so much fun! Extend this activity for older kids by making a mosaic with leaves on the contact paper or making letters with stems and grass.

Materials: Contact Paper, Nature

  • Open and set your sheet of contact paper on the sidewalk, sticky side up.
  • Collect different items in your yard (leaves, grass, flowers, etc.) to press into the contact paper.
  • Fold it in half, sticky sides together, when you are finished.
  • Trim and hang it up.nature collage

We used to do this with autumn leaves and my kids loved it. We also cut the valentines they received one year into tiny pieces and made collages out of those too.
