N isn’t ready to write letters yet, but I still want to expose her to how letters are formed and the letters of her name.
So while we continue to play with playdough, use scissors, tongs, and clothes pins, and spray things with the spray bottle (all of these things strengthen wrist and hand muscles which will help her get ready to write) we had a Letter N Celebration!
Build the letter N.
Put stickers on the letter N.
I had her put the stickers on in the same direction that you would write the lines.
Try to write the letter in a MESS FREE paint bag.
Put a small container of washable paint in a gallon ziplock.
Seal and spread the paint out. Tape the bag to the table.
This is also fun to draw on.
Use the dot markers to make a letter N.
