Olympics Games for Kids

Olympics Games for Kids

Take advantage of the Olympics excitement by having an Olympics for Kids at your house! A friendly competition of your own Olympic Games and different sports to earn a gold medal. What a great way to get kids of all ages together to have a great time watching, talking about, and trying different olympic events. The more the kids are involved in the process of organizing it, the better!

The Balance Beam

I used blue painters tape to make a “balance beam” on the floor in an open space (pictured above). My kids would mimic the gymnasts on TV and have their own competitions. Eventually it turned into part of an obstacle course, which is always fun too. There are so many ways to use painters tape to make learning fun!
