Does your child love working with perler beads and love princesses? You can use these perler bead patterns to make some of your favorite characters.
What are Perler Beads
Perler beads are small plastic beads, often called melty beads that can be purchased at craft stores. You arrange them in a pattern on a small square peg board. Then, you fuse beads with an iron to make the finished product. Make sure to cover the design with parchment paper before heating with the iron.
Perler beads are a great way to get creative for younger kids. They will strengthen fine motor skills and the pincer grasp as they pick up each bead and arrange it into a design. You can make letters, numbers, rainbow designs, DIY perler bead candle holders, or any arrangement that your child wants to.
Note: To use these printable perler bead designs, set them next to your pegboard. Then, use the design to count and add to each row. These printables are not designed to put under the pegboard and copy.
