Simple Pumpkin Crafts

Paper bowl pumpkins are a fun craft from I Heart Crafty Things. I like how the bowl gives it dimension. All you need besides the bowl is paint, construction paper, and glue sticks. Put a bunch of these adorable pumpkins in a row to make a pumpkin patch.

This tissue paper pumpkin craft from Arty Crafty Kids is a fun craft that is great for little hands to build strength for writing by crumpling tissue paper and squeezing a glue bottle.

Easy Peasy and Fun makes these little pumpkins from strips of paper. I love paper crafts and these 3D pumpkins would look adorable on the mantel or as a table centerpiece. Meaningful Mama uses strips of paper to make hanging pumpkins in a different shape and style.

Try stamping pumpkins using apples like they did at Frugal Mom Eh. This Fall craft is so much fun. Use different shades of orange to make a pumpkin patch.

One of my favorite pumpkin crafts is this pumpkin suncatcher craft from Nurture Store. This simple craft includes a printable template to get you started and uses contact paper and tissue paper.

Try pumpkin salt painting like they did at Natural Beach Living. This technique is so cool to try with different designs. It is so neat to watch the salt absorb the paint. It’s an easy way to integrate art and science.

Make yarn pumpkins like they did at Naturally Educational is so cool because each pumpkin turns out differently. You need yarn, glue, construction paper, and pipe cleaners for stems.

Primary Playground made an awesome paper plate pumpkin craft. The reason why I love this craft so much is that ripping paper and squeezing glue is an easy way to get little hands strong to get ready to write. Ripping paper is great for wrist rotation and pincer grasp.

How about painting with Legos? Crafty Morning used Legos to make a cool pumpkin craft.

Raising Whasians made these super cool yarn pumpkin necklaces. This would also be an easy way to make pumpkin garland.

Make a pumpkin handprint keepsake like they did at A Little Pinch of Perfect. I love looking back at my kids’ handprints and how little they were. Such a fun crafty keepsake idea.

Make a pumpkin lantern craft like they did at Crafty Morning. These are cool Halloween crafts to make with your class too.

If you have a lot of empty toilet paper rolls (or collect them like I do), then these toilet paper roll pumpkins from PJs and Paint are for you! With just a little bit of paint, you can make all sorts of jack o lantern faces.

Create pumpkin rocks like they did at Easy Peasy and Fun. These would be fun to make at a Halloween party. Decorate your porch with them or sprinkle them in your rock garden.

Create a button pumpkin in a few simple steps like they did at This Mama Loves. I love this craft idea because it can be done by different ages and all of them will turn out great!

Do you have empty egg cartons around? Use them to make these adorable egg carton pumpkins from Taming Little Monsters. Add a face to turn them into jack o lanterns.

Preschool Inspirations shows you how to make puffy paint pumpkins. This is a cool sensory experience!

Have you ever heard of Spookley? Make a square pumpkin to go along with this fun Fall story like they did at Things to Share and Remember.

Kid Friendly Things to Do shows you how to make a paper bag pumpkin. These are super cute decorations to put around the house.

These pom pom pumpkins are adorable and simple to make. Grandparents Plus shows you how to make them step by step.

We hope you love these fun pumpkin crafts as much as we do. Which one will you try first? Happy Crafting!
